When will I get the goods?

Our made-to-order process allows us to donate the most money from your purchase. Sit tight, your order will arrive. We print at the end of every campaign, usually at the start of the month. Depending on your order date, it may take up to 6 weeks to arrive.


All domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post Parcel Post. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Postage for international orders will be calculated at checkout.


We hope you love your new purchase. As we custom make products to order to ensure charities receive the maximum profit possible, we do not exchange for change of mind or incorrect sizing. We use AS Colour apparel, please use the sizing guide or try them on at any AS Colour store or stockists.

However, if you receive an item which is faulty, please email us at to arrange a return for a replacement, refund or credit.

What defines faulty?

  1. Manufacturing faults
  2. Goods have been wrongly described
  3. Goods are different to the goods that you ordered
  4. Do not do what they are supposed to; or
  5. Have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.

In this instance:

  1. Item/s must be returned within 14 days of receipt;
  2. The goods must have all tags still intact. Items soiled with Make Up, Dirt, Food, Tanning Products etc will not be accepted
  3. The Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
